Mike Bloomberg and Lance Armstrong are teaming up in the fight against global cancer, and they’re urging leaders from around the world to join them.

This week, the United Nations General Assembly hosted a summit on the prevention and control of non-communicable diseases, and both Mike Bloomberg and Lance Armstrong called on world leaders to make cancer a global priority and implement simple solutions that will save millions of lives.

In addition to advocating increased awareness, early detection, access to treatment, and ongoing care, Lance Armstrong told world leaders to face up to the global cancer crisis. More than 100,000 others have joined him in this historic call to action, including Mike Bloomberg, who closed the General Assembly with an address focusing on the impact of tobacco on cancer and other non-communicable diseases.

Join Mike Bloomberg and Lance Armstrong in telling world leaders to fight the cancer crisis. Help make sure cancer survivors everywhere get what they need to face this disease head-on.
