Mayor Bloomberg joined the NY Tech Meet Up to launch the third NYC Big Apps competition, immigration seminars for startup companies, and a new mayor's council on technology. "Technology is going to define the 21st century economy, and I want to make sure those jobs are created in New York City," said Mayor Bloomberg.
