As part of an ongoing advertising partnership powered by Mike Bloomberg’s $100 million investment in Florida to support Joe Biden, Priorities USA Action and Latino Victory Fund are releasing a new Spanish-language TV ad running in Miami through Election Day. The new TV ad, “Character,” demonstrates Donald Trump’s inability to meet this moment and protect the American people while the coronavirus threatens our health and plunges our economy into a depression. The ad presents that “times of crisis reveal character.”

With the rise of COVID-19 in Florida, “Like We’ve Never Seen It” highlights Trump’s continued downplaying of the virus and mishandling of the pandemic. “Donald Trump is still ignoring the facts,” the ad says. “With over 220,000 dead, 8 million infected and cases spiking again in Florida, Trump bashes his own medical experts.” “Middle Class First” focuses on Joe Biden’s experience successfully extending tax cuts to Americans as vice president, and his plan to cut taxes for the middle class as president.

This week, Mike Bloomberg’s Independence USA PAC began airing a new Spanish-language ad, “Ellos Lo Son,” featuring Cuban-born anti-Communist author and journalist Carlos Alberto Montaner. The TV ad will run in the Miami Market on broadcast and cable. The PAC also has a Fox News specific buy in Miami for “Ellos Lo Son” and previously aired “Somos Patriotas,” including English subtitles.

Mike Bloomberg is ploughing an additional $20 million into this election cycle, flooding the airwaves in North Carolina, Texas and Arizona to promote down-ballot candidates who share his views on climate.
